Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
The delivery of goods is available worldwide.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.
For deliveries to German islands, an additional island surcharge of €2.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
International Deliveries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries as follows:
- EU: €12.90
- Worldwide: €36.90
For deliveries to foreign islands, an additional island surcharge of €5.00 will be applied to the shipping costs.
Provision of Digital Content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours after the contract has been concluded (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after we have received your payment).

Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3 to 40 business days, while international deliveries take 5 to 40 business days after contract conclusion (or, in the case of advance payment, after we have received your payment). Please note that delivery does not occur on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
